Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones is a dessert made with cheesecake and the fruity taste of strawberries and served in a waffle cone. These cones are filled with the cheesecake filling made from cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream, and then topped with a crunchy strawberry crumble that made from crushed Golden Oreos, strawberry gelatin powder, and melted butter.

What to Eat with Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones

The first time I tried Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones, it was right after enjoying a Crispy Chicken and Avocado Burrito Wrap, These cones make an excellent sweet treat after sandwiches, wraps, or even a pasta dish. You can also pair them with a drizzle of sweet sauces like chocolate, caramel, or strawberry syrup, my daughter’s favorite is the chocolate sauce, and don’t forget some drinks like coffee, tea, or a kid-friendly hot chocolate.

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

  • 1 cup crushed Golden Oreos
  • 3 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

For the Cones:

  • 8 waffle cones
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Optional: white chocolate chips for dipping

How to Make Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones?

Step 1:

In a big bowl, mash the soft cream cheese with a spoon or mixer until it’s smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, then mix again. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream. Now, mix the cream into the cream cheese. Chill this in the fridge for half an hour.

Step 2:

Take some cookies and crush them into tiny crumbs using a bag or a blender. Mix these crumbs with strawberry powder and melted butter until it looks crumbly.

Step 3:

If you want, you can melt white chocolate in a microwave, then dip the cone edges into it. Put the cones on a tray with paper to dry. Add a little bit of chopped strawberries inside each cone and spoon in the creamy mix until the cone is full.

Step 4:

Sprinkle the crumbly mix all over the top of the cones. Push it down gently so it sticks. You can add more strawberries on top if you like. and Enjoy.
