Pumpkin and Walnut Bread
Ingredients
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
step 1:
Turn on the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Set it aside.

In another bowl, stir together pumpkin, oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
